RIP CHARLES GOLDSMITH
We are extremely saddened to announce the death of our friend, colleague and plc Executive Director, Charles Goldsmith.
After a heroic 6 year battle with cancer, Charles passed away peacefully on June 16th surrounded by his family.
From both a professional and personal perspective Charles leaves an enormous hole in our lives. Having been a co founder of the business and an invaluable member of the executive Board, Charles professionalism, hard work, and integrity was instrumental in the growth of the company.
Charles will be deeply missed and our prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

Notice has been filed with the Exchange of default. Both Series 4 (NAO GBP) and Series 8 (NAO USD) are declared suspended for trading and in default. The Note Trustee is now undertaking the process to assess and recover the Series assets such that they may exist.
BBB+ rating retained for 2022
